Powers Performing Arts Center presents Dancing Through Wonderland

Dancing Through Wonderland is a whimsical journey into the fantastical world of Alice in Wonderland, brought to life through Powers Performing Arts Center, and directed by Nicole Powers.

Inspired by Lewis Carroll’s timeless tale, our recital invites the audience to tumble down the rabbit hole and experience a dreamlike adventure where curiosity leads the way and the impossible becomes reality.

Each performance captures the essence of Wonderland’s most iconic moments and characters — from the curious charm of Alice and the eccentric flair of the Mad Hatter, to the mysterious Cheshire Cat and the commanding Queen of Hearts. Through vibrant choreography, imaginative costumes, and expressive storytelling, our dancers embody the wonder, whimsy, and magic of this surreal world.

With styles ranging from classical ballet to tap and jazz, Dancing Through Wonderland celebrates creativity, imagination, and the power of movement to tell a story. It's more than a recital — it’s a magical escape into a world where every step is a discovery, and every dancer plays a part in bringing Wonderland to life.

We specialize in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Musical Theatre, Cheer Dance, Tumbling, Hip Hop, and more for ages 18 months to adults.

PPAC offers something for everyone!
 
Everyone attending an event at VPAT, regardless of age, must have a ticket to gain admission. There are no refunds or exchanges. A theatre preservation fee, $2.00 - $3.25, is added to the ticket price. A $5 internet processing fee added to ticket price for tickets purchased online. Optional ticket mail fee of $3.00 or digital delivery at no additional cost.
